By accessing or using VouchWorx (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VouchWorx Ltd.
VouchWorx is an AI-powered testimonial collection and management platform that helps businesses collect, analyse, and display customer testimonials. We provide AI-enhanced collection forms, case study generation, social snippet generation, Wall of Love embeds, and widget tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You retain full ownership of all testimonial content collected through your forms. By using our Service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display this content solely to provide the Service to you. You must have proper consent from individuals whose testimonials you collect. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
All payments made to VouchWorx are non-refundable. By completing a purchase or upgrading your subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or compensation of any kind, for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, unused subscription time, account cancellation, or feature changes. This no-refund policy applies to all plan types, billing cycles, and payment amounts without exception. If you have a question about your plan before purchasing, please contact us at support@vouchworx.com prior to payment.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination to allow for data export.
VouchWorx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
