VouchWorx is an AI-powered testimonial collection and management platform that helps businesses collect, analyse, and display customer testimonials.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
You retain ownership of all testimonial content collected through your forms. By using our Service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display this content solely to provide the Service.
You must have proper consent from individuals whose testimonials you collect. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws.
Paid plans are billed in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings.
VouchWorx is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
