Yes. VouchWorx is GDPR-compliant. We act as a data processor under your instruction. Your customers' data is stored in the EU by default. You can configure data residency on the Business plan.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
No. Your testimonials are never used to train our AI models. AI processing (scoring, case study generation, social snippets) happens on your data, for your account only.
Primary data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with backups. AI processing runs on our infrastructure. All primary storage is in the US by default; EU data residency is available on Business.
