We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, configure collection forms, or contact us — including your name, email address, and any testimonial data collected through our platform. We also automatically collect device information, IP addresses, browser type, and usage patterns to improve the Service.
We use your information to provide and improve our testimonial collection services, process payments and manage subscriptions, send transactional emails (form submissions, replies, notifications), analyse usage and improve product features, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Testimonials submitted through your forms are stored securely and associated with your account. You retain full ownership of all testimonial data. We process this data solely to provide you with our services. We never use your customers' testimonials to train AI models or for any purpose outside of your account.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law. You can request an export of all your data at any time from your settings.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. EU/UK users have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. Contact support@vouchworx.com to exercise any of these rights.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II compliant providers. We perform regular security audits and penetration testing. We will notify you within 72 hours of discovering any data breach affecting your account.
